Relief Rate  £6.31 per hour

 

Relief Workers play an important and valuable role in covering staff absences and in ensuring continuity of support to those people with whom we work.

 

Working on flexible rotas, includes weekends and waking nights; Sleep-ins may be required in some services £25.68 paid per night

We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services within a range of support models which allow for individualised support packages. These include:

Individual tenancies
Specialist care homes
Adapted flats for one or two people within multiple occupancy buildings
Adapted bungalows within a serviced site
Shared supported living
Support for people living within the family home

You will need to have a positive attitude to the rights of people with a learning disability, particularly their right to be treated with the respect and dignity they are entitled to as an equal member of society

 

Previous experience would be advantageous however; fully funded, accredited training and support will be provided.

 

Desirable skills and experience:-

 

Personal  / life experience of supporting  people with a learning disability is desirable
