Our client is a privately owned company with nursing and residential homes across the South East of England. Their homes provide the highest levels of care in modern, purpose built accommodation with state of the art facilities. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced project manager to oversee dementia services and compliance at their home in the Wisbech area.
Your role will be to provide support to the regional manager and home manager and set up an effective dementia strategy for the home. You will also work closely with the manager of the dementia unit to ensure a smooth handover once everything is in place. Other duties will include assisting with compliance, care planning and helping to move the home forward to become a fully compliant, outstanding home.
Candidates will have extensive experience of working within dementia services with a strong background in compliance and management. You will have a positive, can do attitude and the drive and determination to push a service forward. This role is a 6 month contract for this specific home however this role may then be made permanent to over see several homes to to create a compliance/quality team so there are lots of opportunities for the right candidate.
