Salary Scale:£17k-£21K

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Care Coordinator to join our Operational Care team in our fast growing Home Care Service. Supporting people to remain in their own home is a challenging, yet worthwhile role. We work with people to minimise risks and promote both independence and a person centred programme of care.

We are looking for people with good analytical skills, computer skills, excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure. If you are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in building up a great care team to support vulnerable people, then we want to hear from you!

Applicants must be a driver with access to their own car. Working pattern is 5 days over 7, and a shift pattern is in operation, including weekends and bank holidays. You must have previous experience of rostering care services and committed to quality care services, be someone who relates easily to others and be committed to providing the best service possible.

An SVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential. Regular training opportunities, formal and informal supervision and support will be provided.
