Experience is not essential as we offer a fully comprehensive training programme, ongoing support and access to SVQ 2 and 3 qualifications. There are genuine career progression opportunities available within HRM Homecare
HRM Homecare services provide a range of services to individuals within their own homes from assisting to washing and dressing, meal preparation, support with medication and companionship. Our aim is to promote independence and community involvement whilst maintaining the individual’s safety.
What is essential is the desire and commitment to care for others and to deliver the highest level of customer care. You will need excellent communication skills, be able to chat to our service users and complete care diaries. English is required. Car drivers with access to a vehicle are essential.

Quite simply the need to genuinely care for others is first and foremost. Ideally you will also be reliable and adaptable with a cheery and positive approach. We offer a range of shift patterns to suit family and personal commitments.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007, successful applicants will be required to undertake and fund PVG membership.
